With over two decades of experience in the financial sector, Thabo is a seasoned leader, strategist and visionary. Driven by a profound passion for people, Thabo excels in business development and investor relations with the goal of supporting sustainability and innovation.
AddressFull was born from the idea of easily swapping contact details among people, businesses and organisations. After years of planning and development, Thabo has focused on creating a single place where contact details can be easily and instantly exchanged.

Thandeka
COO AND CO-FOUNDER
Thandeka is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of AddressFull. She also serves as the founder and CEO of a thriving investment consulting firm. This propelled her first start-up, MoneyWorks Financial Services, a supply chain financing platform that enables SME’s to establish an early payment program.
Since MoneyWorks, Thandeka has focused her passion for technology to positively impact lives through technology innovation.
Thandeka’s deep belief in good governance, along with her experience as chair member of various audit and risk committees of insurance and financial groups, has enabled her to be a champion of technology for good.
Phil

During his career, Phil has built a number of market leading businesses from the ground up. Phil grew up in London and spent many of the early years of his career in Sydney. He has covered markets in depth in the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, Israel and South Africa
Phil built the leading strategic equity financing business with a loan book of over $1bn, first in Israel and then later in South Africa.
Having spent most of his career in finance, Phil immediately recognised the value that Addressfull can bring to the easy collection and maintenance of client personal data.

Thabang is an accomplished technology executive. With over 20 years of experience in engineering, product management, strategic marketing, and community development, he is passionate about leveraging technology to solve big problems, create economic value, and make the world a better place.
Originally an engineer by trade, Thabang has led award-winning product teams at three companies that were successfully acquired. He is also a patent-pending inventor of “Blockchain-Based Personal Data Management Systems” (U.S. Patent 17/549362, assigned to AddressFull).
As an experienced board member and advisor to multiple mission-driven startups, Thabang is dedicated to creating opportunities for underrepresented groups to build impactful careers in technology.

Debbie is a seasoned professional with a strong background in client relationship management, strategic sales, and business growth. Since 2016, she has worked with FTSE100 clients, Top 100 Law Firms, and one of the Big Four in roles such as Client Relationship Director and Non-Executive Director at Obelisk Legal Support Solutions. During her tenure, Debbie was a key driving force behind the successful operations of the business, particularly in the client and sales functions. She also spearheaded key marketing initiatives that supported critical growth strategies and enhanced the brand presence and market share.
At AddressFull, Debbie will leverage her extensive experience in market development and sales strategy to drive the company’s growth initiatives. Her focus will be on expanding market reach, optimizing sales processes, and fostering strategic partnerships that will position AddressFull for long-term success.
